We have eaten here several time now and have never been disappointed. Lovely and relaxing atmosphere attentive hostess. Great food. A perfect place to chill and take the stress out of your day.It’s lovely to have a local restaurant and bar to use and to recommend to our guests.

Don't be fooled by the facade, which doesn't look like much: once through the door, the welcome is warm, just like the owner. She manages everything alone – reception, service and cooking – which involves a bit of waiting, but everything is planned to make it pleasant: old-fashioned games, children's books... we didn't see the time passing.The dining room is friendly, and the dishes are truly delicious. We are delighted to have discovered this address and we will come back with pleasure.When you come to eat at O Bouchons Vicquois, you are sure to leave satisfied.

Despite the limited menu (a menu formule, set menu) and an A La Carte menu with one option only, the food was so good!We had the bean, feta, corn and egg salad to start, followed by a Mexican dish of veal and pork, it was packed full of flavour, but not spicy. It was served with rice, a tortilla and courgette. Pudding was a tonka bean creme brulee which finished the meal off perfectly. The fixed price was 18 for three courses or 15 for 2.The food was just so good, and with only one lady (the owner I presume), who was doing everything.Definitely worth going out of your way for!
